Travis Hornsby, CFA®, CFP®, is Chief Executive Officer and a partner at SLP Wealth, an independent SEC-registered investment adviser. He is also Founder and CEO of Student Loan Planner®.

Travis holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations and is a licensed insurance agent in all 50 states. Before founding Student Loan Planner® in 2016, he was a bond trader at Vanguard, where he helped manage municipal bond mutual funds. He is the author of Managing Money in Your 20s and 30s and 25 IS THE NEW 65.

Travis works with highly educated professionals on student loan repayment strategy, physician mortgages, investing, and long-term financial planning. He lives in Chapel Hill, NC with his wife and two children.
