SLP Wealth (affiliated with Student Loan Planner) is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Business Process Coordinator to help maintain and improve the way our company operates day-to-day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on consistency, and likes making systems and processes run more smoothly. You'll play a key part in ensuring that weekly, monthly, and quarterly processes are well-documented, up to date, and consistently followed across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation across the company.
  • Ensure recurring tasks (weekly, monthly, quarterly) are completed on time by tracking, organizing, and following up with responsible team members.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and ensure team adoption by providing clear documentation and communication.
  • Monitor systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies or outdated practices, and recommend improvements.
  • Help train new team members on operational processes and tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional updates to shared systems (e.g., project management tools, internal checklists, task templates).
  • Work closely with Chief Officers to capture process changes and document best practices.
  • Occasionally assist with light project management and administrative support related to internal operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in an operations, administrative, or process-focused role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliability and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Excellent written communication — able to create clear, easy-to-follow documentation.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and email management.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively follow up on open items.
  • A systems-thinker mindset with an interest in improving how things are done.
  • Experience maintaining SOPs or workflows in a fast-paced startup environment.
