SLP Wealth is looking to hire a full-time financial planner (CFP® professional strongly preferred). We are a women-led firm who is looking for someone who understands student loans, financial planning, and tax planning and who has a passion for helping HENRYs grow wealth. We are built for planners who serve dentists, physicians, or veterinarians (please call out which one you prefer in the application). The role requires M-F availability, 5 days per week during regular business hours.

An ideal candidate would show grit when responding to uncertainty, have a pumped up attitude, be efficient in the execution their responsibilities, care deeply about the client experience, and have the technical chops to answer most financial planning questions that would be reasonable to ask a financial professional.

Experience & Education: Minimum of 1 year client facing financial planning experience. A CFP® professional or have passed the CFP® examination is strongly preferred and compensation is based on this credential.

Starting salary range: $80,000-$120,000+ with substantial upside above that range in years 1 to 2 along with performance bonuses.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in NC, SC, TX, CO, CT, VA, FL, LA, GA, AZ, IL, IA, PA, MS, MN, OR, TN, RI, WI, MD. As required by applicable pay transparency laws, SLP Wealth provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors.
